more than 2000 tons of flat and rock oysters, combining tradition and innovation.
The Belon River, influenced and enriched by both the freshwater inputs
and the salty water of the Atlantic Ocean, is famous to give the best oysters
“Les Plates du Belon” with their incomparable chestnut taste,
and the Special Oyster “Perle Noire” coveted by the greatest Chefs.
