Our production site is localized in the North of Brittany,
in a preserved and natural Bay of Carantec. The Bay of Carantec
is one of the most famous and historical place
for shellfish farming in France and Europe.
The oysters are grown for 3-4 years in more
than 250 hectares of parks.

Site of Riec sur Belongs
Riec sur Belon is localized in the shores
of the Belon River, in South Brittany. The river lives
according to tide and rainfall, therefore, the river
is enriched by both mineral inputs of the river and
the ocean inputs. These inputs promote the development
of phytoplankton, the feed of oysters.
The richness of this natural environment generates
the best oysters, coveted all around the world.
