In 1880 François Cadoret founded the shellfish company “Les Huitres Cadoret”. 5 generations have passed since then,
a long history of experience, know-how, renowned as the excellence by the greatest Chefs.
A few years ago, Jacques Cadoret handed over to his son Jean-Jacques,
who respectfully perpetuates the tradition, constantly innovating on cultivation techniques.
